**The Opportunity**:
As part of our ongoing investment in our Broadmeadows facility, CSL is continuing to improve our automation and manufacturing capabilities. Our Recipe Driven Execution Systems Lead is responsible for site implementations of the PCS/MES/Data Systems Recipe Driven Execution (RDE) projects.

RDE is CSL's automation philosophy for all Operations at our manufacturing facilities. Execution Systems has the goal to standardise the systems, interfaces and processing recipes.

You will act across multiple departments including Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Quality. You'll also provide technical direction and guidance to the site for CAPEX project implementations and ongoing operations.

**The Role**:
You will report to the Global Process and Operations Technology Lead
- Represent Execution Systems to all site partners, including Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Facilities, and EHS&S
- Deliver the global strategy and scope by providing technical direction for the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of PCS, MES, PLC and Data systems for RDE implementation projects
- Ensure that the end-user community at the site understand the capabilities and value in the RDE implementation
- Ensure the RDE design and implementation for site CAPEX projects meet Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality standards for the operation of the plant
- Support the technical RDE implementation and technical governance to agree on and approve global design changes and standards
- Seek opportunities for optimisation of the design, implementation, and qualification activities within the Execution System scope

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline
- At least 5 years of practical leadership experience (including direct management experience) in Manufacturing, Engineering or Execution Systems/Automation
- Direct experience designing, building, deploying and supporting automation and execution systems in a regulated large-scale process-based manufacturing environment
- Must have demonstrated capability for technical leadership in complex DCS/PCS /Automation projects with integrated MES systems, initial development through validation of the facility
- Specific experience in process automation, MES and batch manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 &S95) would be an advantage
