**About the Role**:
Our Federal Government client is seeking APS5/6 Grants Officers to join their team who are where spearheading nationally coordinated efforts to revolutionize traceability systems. There work not only bolsters Australia's responsiveness to global market trends but also strengthens our ability to meet the demands of trading partners and mitigate risks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the design and implementation of grants and grant programs aimed at advancing traceability systems.
- Prepare and effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences through various mediums such as reports, ministerial submissions, correspondence, and presentations.
- Quickly establish and maintain productive working relationships with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing competing priorities and delivering results within tight timeframes.
- Foster a positive team culture by working collaboratively and contributing to the collective success of the team.

**Skills/Experience required**:

- Demonstrated experience in grants management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver results under pressure.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

On offer is an initial 3-month labour hire/hourly rate contract with potential for a 12 month extension.
