**About the role**

As a Customer Sourcing Administration Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end process for assigned sourcing and inventory management activities for Origin Zero. Staying updated on relevant regulations, industry trends and best practices, you will identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimise disruptions to the supply chain and ensure the business is compliant with legal requirements.

Reporting to the Group Leader - Strategic Sourcing & Administration, you will develop and execute process efficiencies associated with contractor, supplier and regulatory administration support. We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail who thrives working in complex environments.

**Duties**
- Manage stock levels across Origin 3PL and contractor warehousing against installation demand forecasts
- Provide direction on Origin core processes including Origin Energy governance risk mitigation and quality requirements
- Collect, analyse and interpret supply chain data to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities and performance metrics
- Streamline processes, track inventory and improve efficiency of supply chain management systems and technology tools
- Propose solutions to optimize supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement

**Skills & Experience**
- Similar experience in an Accounts Payable or Logistics Administration
- Proven understanding of Risk, Assurance and Compliance and Cost Control/Management
- Experience suing Oracle of SAP ERP systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to working in the energy sector (desirable)
