**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft high-quality coffee with consistency and precision
- Supervise and lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Assist with stock management and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Passionate about coffee and customer service
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
