Opportunity to work with an established Government organisation on the Sunshine Coast.

**Your new company**

This is an opportunity to work within an established Government organisation on the Sunshine Coast. Our client is seeking a Civil Roadworks Inspector to join their team in a long-term contract capacity, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

**Your new role**

You will be required to monitor, audit, evaluate, and report on all elements of roadworks including contracts and maintenance delivery, and ensure that TMR standards are applied and communicated. You will provide technical advice when required and effectively handle any public enquiries. You will report to the Senior Inspector while liaising with other road inspectors.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A certificate III in Civil Construction and Maintenance
- Previous experience in the same role or from being in a similar role involving roads, large drainage work, bridge construction and maintenance projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and have excellent organisation skills while managing any contractual issues.
- Valid Class "C" driving licence and a full comprehensive motor vehicle with a light bar and a UFH radio. Travel will be reimbursed.
