**Independent Support Workers - Central Coast NSW (Casual)**

**Above Award Pay - From $40.00 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)**

Find A Carer is seeking **experienced and compassionate Independent Support Workers** to join our growing network, assisting with **casual shifts in residential aged care and disability facilities across the Central Coast region**.

We’re looking for professional, dedicated carers who take pride in delivering respectful, person-centred support and enjoy the flexibility of working independently while making a real difference in residents’ lives.

**About the Role**

As an Independent Support Worker, you’ll:

- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (showering, dressing, meals, and mobility)
- Offer emotional and social support to residents in care
- Work collaboratively with facility staff to maintain a safe, caring environment
- Record and report client progress in line with care plans
- Enjoy flexible, casual shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

**What You’ll Need**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or higher qualification)
- Current Police Check issued in the last 12 months OR NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid CPR and First Aid certificates
- COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (up to date)
- Experience in residential care, group homes, or supported independent living
- ABN (for independent contractor work through the Find A Carer platform)
