A role has become available within a large national steel company. The position is based in Thomastown, where you will be working in a small warehousing team and be offered full training and support.

Start time 7.00am - 3.00pm + Overtime when required

$41 Per Hour - Temp to Perm

We are seeking an
**experienced Overhead Crane Operator / loader**. If you have previous experienced in the steel or metal industry in a similar role then we would like to hear from you

**Duties of the role will include -**
- Overhead Crane operation
- Forklift operation, if you have a valid forklift license
- Strapping of heavy loads of steel bar and mesh
- Quality checks
- Working in a team

**Skills and experience needed to be successful -**
- Experience operating overhead cranes and handling heavy loads
- Previous experience working with heavy, industrial materials
- Ability to work in a safe environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Reliable and hardworking
- Most have your own transport
- A forklift license and experience will be highly regarded
- Be able to work full time hours on Day Shift. 7.00am - 3.00pm.
- The desire to want a permanent job
- Have full PPE
- Be able to start immediately
