**The opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Analyst Coordinator to join our Reporting and Analysis team within Corporate Services Division based at the Parramatta office.
TfNSW offers Hybrid/Flexible working arrangements with a balance of office and work from home options.
In this role you will work closely with the project delivery, change management and service improvement teams to provide assistance in the preparation of program reporting, by coordinating and collating information, and preparing reports to support the governance of shared services programs and projects.
The role undertakes support functions providing PMO coordination activities, distribution of communication, secretariat at the governance forums, record keeping, preparing packs, compiling documents and upkeep of PMO database.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Support the program reporting function by coordinating reporting requests and managing return submission to deadlines; compiling documents; assisting the upkeep of reporting databases; reporting process improvements
- Coordinate reporting requests across project management and service improvement teams, and manage return submission to deadlines
- Prepare program-level reporting for executive and governance committees encompassing all aspects of program performance including finances, benefits and project deliverables.
- Leverage existing project management reporting tools and where required manage the upkeep of reporting databases to ensure a high quality of data available for program reporting.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of reporting process improvements
- Completion of support tasks providing coordination and distribution of communications from the Program Management Office; collation and maintenance of finance records; _ad hoc _finance duties as directed
- Maintain Funding and Reporting documentation libraries and archiving per records management procedures, to enable efficient retrieval of information as required at short notice
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience or understanding of Program Management Office functions
- Deliver consistent quality customer service while working with customers across various channels, and with fluctuating volumes and demands.
- Working independently to achieve individual performance levels as well as part of a team to contribute to overall service performance and improvement
- Advanced level of MS Office experience i.e. PowerPoint, Word and Excel

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 5 ($87,256 - $95,984er annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
