**Lutheran Services** is seeking dedicated and compassionate **Support Workers** to join our Community Services team. In this rewarding role, you will provide meaningful support to individuals with disabilities, within our **Supported Independent Living (SIL) residence**. Your work will assist to empower people to build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy a fulfilling quality of life.

**_ Location: Keystone Centre - Woodridge QLD_**
**_Remuneration range: _**$35.27 - $42.28 ph**_ + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts_**
**_Employment Type: Casual Opportunities, _**We currently have shifts available for**:

- Daytime supports
- Evening supports
- Weekend Supports
- Sleepover Supports

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide day-to-day support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage and support residents to develop life skills and routines that promote independence.
- Build respectful, positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with individual support plans and NDIS standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any risks or concerns.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support roles.
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid QLD Driver’s Licence.
