**About this role**:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of high-value technology vendor accounts. You will be responsible for driving account strategy, expanding relationships across senior sales and marketing leaders, and delivering commercial outcomes by connecting clients with ADAPT’s GTM services.
This is a senior, consultative sales role for a motivated relationship builder and trusted advisor who can translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies for clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Ownership**: Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, building deep multi-stakeholder relationships across C-level, sales, and marketing teams.
- **Revenue Growth**: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by identifying opportunities across ADAPT’s GTM Services portfolio.
- **Consultative Selling**: Engage as a trusted partner, leveraging ADAPT’s unique market data and insights to help clients shape their GTM strategies.
- **Solution Design**: Work with clients to scope and design tailored research, content, and executive engagement programs aligned to their commercial objectives.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Partner with ADAPT’s marketing, analyst, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable client impact.
- **Market Engagement**: Represent ADAPT at industry events, roundtables, and client briefings to deepen relationships and grow influence in the market.
**What you will need**:
- Proven track record in strategic account management or enterprise sales within the technology or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, B2B marketing, and enterprise technology sales cycles.
- Ability to sell to senior stakeholders including CMOs, MDs and Sales & Marketing Directors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in designing and selling complex, multi-faceted solutions.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
