Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking an experienced cellarhand to assist in the wine bottling industry, based in Ottoway. Our client is an established leader in packaging and contract wine filling in Australia. This is a great opportunity to join their busy, hands on team and experience all aspects of the beverage manufacturing and production business.

Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking an experienced cellarhand to assist in the wine bottling industry, based in Ottoway.

Our client is an established leader in packaging and contract wine filling in Australia. This is a great opportunity to join their busy, hands on team and experience all aspects of the beverage manufacturing and production business.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Blending of beverages in preparation for bottling team
- Unloading of bulk wine, bulk wine transfers, handling and additions
- Cellar hygiene and maintenance
- Bulk wine and beverage quality control
- Documentation and data handling
- Stock management and ordering
- Training in laboratory analysis is also provided
- Safe and efficient operation of forklifts.
- Maintain stock integrity in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Stock control including stocktakes and periodic checks.
- Other duties as required.
- Have previous cellarhand experience
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Displays initiative and demonstrates aptitude to learn new skills
- Have an eye for detail
- Be self motivated
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good housekeeping, organizational skills and OHS Awareness
- Available to work Monday - Friday with a 7am start
