**Casual Motel Guest Services / Front Office**
**Muswellbrook Motor Inn | 2pm-8pm | Monday to Friday**

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Casual Guest Services / Front Office** staff member at **Muswellbrook Motor Inn**.

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (casual, approx. 25 hours/week)

**Location**:
Muswellbrook Motor Inn, Muswellbrook NSW

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting and checking in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings and updating reservation systems
- Handling payments and issuing receipts/invoices
- Coordinating with housekeeping and management
- Light administrative duties as required

**To be successful, you’ll need**:

- Previous customer service or front office experience (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using booking systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and a calm, friendly approach under pressure

Pay: $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
