**Casual** from **10 hours** per week, **Monday - Friday**.

Omni-Care is a leading provider of community based Aged Care Services and operate throughout Melbourne. We value your commitment and genuine desire to help people. **What you’ll be doing**

As a Support Worker, you will be travelling (within your travel radius of 10 Km’s from home) from client to client assisting with a mixture services including:

- **Personal Care** - Provide quality shower and grooming care.
- **Home Cleaning** - General home cleaning tasks.
- **Meal preparation** - Prepare a fresh nutritious meal.
- **Shopping** -Escorted and unescorted shopping trips.
- **Appointments** - Assisting clients to all types of appointments.
- **Respite** - Community access, social outings and in-home activities.
- **Feedback **- Report on client Health and Wellbeing.

**What You'll Need**
- A genuine commitment and passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Nursing Certificate with accompanying academic transcript.
- Victorian Driver’s License.
- Own a reliable, registered and insured car.
- Minimum availability of 3 days Mon-Fri. Any additional days and times are welcome.
- A valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- In line with public health orders, Omni-Care requires all staff to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19._

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.05 - $70.29 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
