We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and pro-active leader who has the ability to inspire a team and drive our
**Highpoint Store **to success.
To achieve this, you’ll provide inspirational leadership; team training and development; strong people management skills; commercial acumen, and a sound financial understanding of the business.
**IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED TO**:
- Effectively manage store rosters - deliver budgeted wage percentages, and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks
- Deliver and exceed sales budgets and growth expectations through business acumen
- Lead by example in customer service; ensuring all staff are engaged and fully trained to deliver above-and-beyond experiences
- Uphold Commonry’s visual standards and merchandise stock to maximise sales potential
- Recruit and induct new team members who share a passion for the brand and are a cultural fit.
**THE PERFECT FIT**:
- Store management experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, with a minimum 5 years’ leadership experience
- The ability to motivate and mentor your team to success through strong, active leadership
- A passion for styling and an eye for detail to meet our visual merchandising standards
- Experience in large stock volumes and stock management
- Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
- A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's and budgets
- High personal standards and outstanding customer service.
