Holistic Family Support is hiring a Casual/Temporary Support Worker role in Brisbane City, QLD. Apply now to be part of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants with activities of daily living, personal care and accessing the community.
  • Willing to participate in upskilling and training to improve quality of supports being delivered.
  • Working closely with other support workers and staff to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
  • Listening to and working in collaboration with participants and their team to support them to work towards their goals and ambitions.
  • Developing and maintaining a safe and productive work environment for you and your team and home environment for participants.
Qualifications & Experience
  • No experience required for this role
  • Minimum 12 months working as a disability support worker and/or Cert III in disability or equivalent experience.
  • Flexible availability.
Employment Terms & Hours
  • Hours vary 10-30hrs a week, Monday to Sunday, and more hours available for the right person.
  • Shifts will range from mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday and some weekend work if needed.
  • Based between Morton Bay region to Northside Brisbane city.
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate (current).
  • Working with Children Check (current).
  • NDIS Screening card (yellow card).
  • A valid driver's license and comprehensive car insurance.
  • NDIS orientational module.
