**Your new role**

Your new role will require you to manage development of an integrated training system including use of Salesforce Trailhead. You will primarily be responsible for the initial assessment of training requirements and an implementation plan to meet the needs identified
Delivery of training materials and systems content to deployment.
Change management for users to adopt new approaches to engage with the new integrated approach to induction and training
Establish a community of practice for on-going stakeholder engagement and maintenance of training tools.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Relevant experience with IT training and integration of training to IT systems
- Salesforce Experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
