**Introduction**:
Reporting to the ME & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance works to repair, maintain and service production equipment and systems.

**The Role**:
Assemble fabricated components
Install pipework and pipework assemblies
Interpret technical specifications and manuals
Maintain and overhaul mechanical equipment
Maintain engine cooling systems
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Maintain water treatment systems for cooling towers
Manufacture press tools and gauges
Measure and sketch site information
Operate and monitor intermediate class boiler
Perform automated thermal cutting
Perform equipment condition monitoring and recording
Perform installation and removal of mechanical seals
Perform manual production welding
Perform operational maintenance of machines / equipment
Prepare basic engineering drawing
Produce free hand sketches
Set up basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
Shut down and isolate machines / equipment

**What you’ll have**:
Must be competent / Qualified Fitter
A high level of attention to detail.
Proven safe work practices and commitment to safety.
Great communication skills within a team environment and a team player with flexibility to assist all areas when needed.
Licence to perform rigging basic level
Working at heights licence
Confined spaces licence
Elevated work platform licence
