A great opportunity for a digital project office to join a busy and expanding Federal Government Agency for a 12-month temporary assignment.

**About the role**:

- Develop, maintain, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across the Agency to facilitate the development and delivery of major project outputs
- Assist in leading and coordinating key projects through strategic administration and project management including liaising with external contractors
- Work alongside internal teams to deliver and embed a strategic framework
- Maintain and update the project plan and oversee the project budgets and resourcing
- Collaborate with internal departments to generate analysis and reporting to inform project outcomes.
- Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to procurement, steering committee meeting Agendas and minute taking, proof reading, testing and inbox management

**About you**:

- You will have experience using reporting dashboard programs and packages
- You will have experience working in a project management environment
- You will have a sound understanding of critical project elements such as; risk management, troubleshooting, and communication and engagement.
- You will have good stakeholder management skills.
- You will have previously worked with performance metrics and undertaken data analysis

- $60.26 per hour + super
