In this role, you will lead a team who collaboratively are the Single Point of Contact for all matters relating to the IT Operating environment. You will report, handle, manage and resolve all requests, problems or issues that come through our IT service portal. With a solutions focused approach and an ability to work within a large complex team, you will ensure all our internal and external customers have a positive experience interacting with our IT department.

**Your day to day will involve**:

- Order and manage IT assets and make suggestions on system/ hardware upgrades
- Resolve technical problems on first contact where possible or escalate to relevant team to action
- Identify, plan and implement minor enhancements to existing operational systems
- Work with wider IT Team to restore normal service operations to minimise business disruptions and maintain service level agreements

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting IT within a complex organisation
- Proven experience in Service Desk or call centre environments
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operations systems
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
