Your part in our UnitingCare team
- Provide support to business stakeholders in all areas of risk management including identification, assessment, control and recording.
- Undertake data and trend analysis and develop timely, accurate and meaningful reports, charts and dashboards
- Recommend improvements to processes and procedures through identification of risks and issues from data evaluation and analysis to assist in risk mitigation.
- Develop/draft policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, flowcharts and reports necessary for all areas of risk management.
- Support the coordination and facilitation of training and workshops for ELT, SLT and Managers to improve UnitingCare’s risk management practices and culture
- Contribute to the building of UnitingCare’s resilience and response through supporting the development and maintenance of business continuity plans across the business functions.
- Supporting key stakeholders to ensure UnitingCare services are prepared for weather events and natural disasters, such as annual storm season and bush fire threats.
- Undertake other duties as and when directed within the scope of the role and the capabilities of the incumbent.
