As our Risk Advisor you will help stakeholders across the business manage their Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system responsibilities. You will support business adoption of the GRC system and troubleshoot any issues associated with the system effectiveness. You will be passionate about, and build risk capability across the business, whilst demonstrating a positive risk behaviour, ultimately contributing to a great risk culture here at Great Southern Bank.

**You’ll make an impact by**:

- Promoting the implementation of our risk management framework through adoption and use of our GRC system (Archer), responding to user queries and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting user access management, business hierarchy and other data changes in the GRC system
- Coordinating and resolving data quality issues
- Preparing and delivering user training
- Preparing and evolving GRC system and other risk reporting
- Performing System testing and other maintenance activities

**Do things differently with us**
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Minimum 2-4 years in financial services with an understanding of risk and compliance
- Experience in Retail Banking highly desirable
- Understanding of effective risk governance and reporting requirements for a financial institution
- Experience in data analysis and data interrogation is highly desirable
- Knowledge of relevant Finance industry standards, acts, codes and legislation
