We’re seeking an experienced and driven **Retail Buyer** to help shape the future of food manufacturing at Tasty One.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a **Retail Buyer** with a background in food manufacturing or fresh produce to join our team in West Footscray. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing product supply to meet the needs of our production and customers.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Source and purchase fresh produce and food ingredients
- Identify and build strong supplier relationships
- Stay ahead of market trends and product innovation
- Analyse sales, inventory, and supply data to inform purchasing decisions
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and supply agreements
- Generate forecasts and reports to support operational planning
- Work with marketing and merchandising teams to optimise product presentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and quality targets

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar buying or procurement role
- Industry background in food manufacturing, retail or fresh produce
- Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Confident working with inventory, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualification in procurement, business, or related field (preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
