Based in Melbourne's South East, my client specialise in commercial shop-fitting and construction contracts. They have a range of clients across the country, with projects varying from retail fit-outs, restaurant renovations and residential showrooms. With passionate Directors, they are industry leaders in their space and have a strong pipeline of work locked in

**Your new role**
As a Factory Foreman, you will be responsible with ensuring the smooth running of production in the factory. By delegating tasks to the factory team, you will make sure that the cabinet makers are on track to meet deadlines and are completing all tasks to standard.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Cabinet Maker by trade with experience in leading a team as well as:

- Having experience as a Foreman is preferred
- You will need to be confident in reporting back to the Factory Manager with project progress
- Be able to delegate tasks to the team and support the Factory Manager to ensure the smooth running of the factory.
