**Immediate Start - Project Supervisor (Building & Maintenance) South Australia**

We are seeking an experienced **Project Supervisor** to join our team for **building and maintenance projects**, with a focus on **public housing upgrades, responsive maintenance work, and government building FM management**. This is an **absolute immediate start** opportunity for a highly motivated and hands-on professional. **About the Role**
As Project Supervisor, you will:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects in the **public infrastructure and housing maintenance sectors**.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, leveraging your **network of contractors and access to skilled labour** to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with client representatives, frontline teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive compliance with statutory, contractual, and quality requirements.
- Report on performance metrics, project milestones, and risk mitigation.

**What We’re Looking For**
You will bring:

- Builders licence **essential**.
- Strong supervisory experience in large-scale facilities maintenance, housing upgrade programs, or government asset management.
- Proven ability to deliver projects within structured government contracts and performance frameworks.
- Established **network of contractors and access to skilled labour**.
- Sound understanding of WHS, compliance obligations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Trade qualification or relevant industry background (desirable).
