Lead Educator

Our Brand New Redbank Plains Centre has had occupancy growth and is looking for qualified and passionate Lead Educator for a range of rolls. Choose between a 4 or 5 day working week - 7.5h/8h/9h or 9.5h shifts - let us fit with your lifestyle.

You will work closely with the leadership team to create a high-quality centre by fostering a sense of belonging for children and their families and keeping families connected and a part of their child's development and learning.

Kids Club desired criteria:

- Diploma/Studying Towards Diploma
- Experience in the Early Education industry.
- Knowledge on the EYLF.
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
- Be committed to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Be willing to build and maintain partnerships with families and communities.
- Working with Children Check registration and Emergency Certificates (First Aid etc).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 - 38 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipswich, QLD 4301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
