**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Providing administration support to the operations team
- Compiling job site information for field crews
- Maintenance and data entry of various registers and ERP system
- Assisting in the preparation of reporting requirements
- General office administration including answering telephones

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or related industry
- The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
- Highly organised with strong planning skills
- A friendly and professional approach
- Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
- High attention to detail
- A proactive work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
