This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer experiences and looking to grow within our company.

As the first and last point of contact for our members and guests, you will go above and beyond to make every visit better than the last, creating strong relationships and fostering a community feel along the way.

**ABOUT YOU**:
You will have excellent communication skills, be a problem-solver, and a team player with high standards and accountability. You will work closely with our energetic and vibrant CycleBar instructors.

Availability is required initially for one to two evenings per week however early mornings and weekends may also be available.

You will be fun, flexible, and have a can-do attitude We operate on a 7-day roster, and initially, positions are casual, with the potential to become permanent over time.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of Reception, Sales, or similar Customer Service experience, or previous experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to go above and beyond to deliver premium customer experiences.
- Comfortable using technology.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (desirable but not essential).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.95 per hour
