**CycleBar Sales Specialist - Part-time**

**_30hrs per week plus commission_**

We are currently seeking a high energy, sales motivated individual who is fitness minded and has a love for community, and our brand.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is keen on not quite working a full working week, but excited by the opportunity to earn a great hourly rate with generous commissions.

The core of this role is providing an excellent level of customer service whilst working alongside the
Studio Manager in reaching sales targets and overall studio growth.

**You will be required to**:

- Welcome guests and members to CycleBar, provide them with the premier concierge service we have come to be known for.
- No cold calling. Engage on the phone to interested prospects eg. sales calls/follow up calls/customer care and enquiries
- very warm leads
- Establish and maintain an effective referral program
- Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere
- Lead studio tours and previews to potential members

**About you**:

- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Passion for building strong relationships, and teamwork

- Goal-oriented with drive to achieve sales in memberships and retail targets
- Ability to learn and use our Club Ready software system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, motivated and outgoing personality
- Well presented
- Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crows Nest, NSW 2065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
