**What's on offer?**

You will coordinate supporting documentation in accordance with programmed delivery dates.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prepare drawings including construction details
- Ensure plans are quality checked
- Reflect dispensations, Council and Developer requirements
- Ensure plans comply with building practices

**What can you bring?**
- Experience using Archicad
- Understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures and construction techniques
- Minimum of Cert IV in Residential Drafting
- Construction and Residential codes knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
- Accuracy, neatness, and patience in drawing work
