Community Participation Support Worker **Amia Care Services** is a vibrant and fun loving Community Participation provider dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a passionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a Community Participation Support Worker.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a person with great personality who enjoys taking long drives and sharing memorable experiences with others. If you are caring, compassionate and full of life, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support individuals with disabilities in various outdoor activities and community participation
- Facilitate engaging sports and recreational activities
- Assist in social outings, including beach trips, hikes and finishing excursions.
- Share your hobbies and skills such as crafting, cooking or sewing to enhance the experiences of those you support.

**Qualifications**: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian Driver's License (or willing to convert)
- 100 points of identification
- Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, or other relevant qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for supporting people with disabilities.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33 to $40 per hour

Expected hours: Not more than 40hours per week

Schedule: 8hour shift

Supplementary pay: overtime pay

**License/ Certification**
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certification (preferred)
- Drivers License(preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

**Worker Authorization**
- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
