**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting for a
**Permanent fulltime Remuneration Specialist** to join our diverse and Inclusive Remuneration and benefits Team in our

The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide consultation and advice to the company in relation to remuneration and benefits, and to plan and implement remuneration related projects by providing reporting, analytical and research capability that supports the Sime Darby Industrial remuneration framework and culture.

Reporting to the
- Remuneration & Benefits Manager,_ as a professional in your field, your role will also involve the following key duties:

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting our leaders and work with the People team to provide advice and guidance for all salaried employees,
- Undertake research, modelling and analysis & make recommendations to assist the business in managing employee benefits and reward,
- Deliver job evaluations to ensure consistence and alignment to the grading framework,
- Lead and manage the annual salary end of year process and performance incentive program,
- Manage and promote employee benefits,
- Manage the day-to-day activities such as approval of contract offers, grading and banding of roles, payment of allowances while maintaining the integrity of remuneration data records,
- Support reporting and analytical activities related to the remuneration framework,
- Assist in the ongoing development of remuneration strategies and policies,

**Essential requirements**
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes:

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in remuneration and benefits/reward role or an analytical role in HR within a large business,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use own initiative to seek information to find an outcome,
- Korn Ferry Hay Job evaluation experience is preferred
- Experience working with HRIS system (Workday is desirable)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Full Australian working rights
