Our Client a leading Consultancy are looking for a Release Manager to work for an ASX listed retail organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end release cycles, ensuring timely and quality deployments.
- Implement and optimise Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines.
- Oversee automated testing processes to maintain high-quality standards.
- Lead Salesforce deployments and redeployments, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with release processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in release management within a retail or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of CICD principles and tools.
- Expertise in automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce deployments or redeployments.
- Ideally, experience with Copado or similar release management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly from the Sydney CBD office 2-3 days a week (or more if required).
