**About the role**:
The SuccessFactors Solution Designer is crucial for the sustainability and enhancement of the SuccessFactors solution, working closely with the business to identify and implement beneficial new functionalities.

The role combines process design and optimization skills with system expertise, ensuring the solutions remains up-to-date and effectively engages with SAP representatives to drive business outcomes.

**Why this role matters?**
- Co-ordination of SuccessFactors enhancements with key P&C business stakeholders
- Configuration of Solution enhancements across the SuccessFactors Suite with a primary focus on Employee Central. Experience across additional modules will also be advantageous.
- Delivery of SuccessFactors enhancements following Agile development methodology
- Support P&C DevOps Solution Team with day-to-day activities

**What will you bring?**
- Significant technical Configuration experience across the SuccessFactors Suite with a primary focus on Employee Central. Experience across additional modules will also be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a configuration role across the Success Factors Employee Central and Talent modules (at least 3 full implementations).
- Experience gained in large corporate organisations, solid understanding of HR and Talent Management, best practice as well as IT project life cycle experience.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to planned timeframes.
- Ability to build relationships with senior managers.
- Ability to work across teams and divisions.
