Helping to create the inspiration, your role will see you;
- Screening calls, directing calls, and escalating queries
- Customer service to clients and maintaining database
- Accounts payable administration
- Accounts payable preparation for payment runs.
- Entry of new invoices into the database
- Matching purchase orders to invoices.
- Marrying up supporting documents to invoice
- Database entries editing and maintaining.
- Allocations of costs
- Credit card reconciliations
- Assisting the Project Management team with quotes, and estimates
- Creating and working on templates
- Contacting customers regarding quotes, and changes needed
