**COMPANY**

You will be an integral member of a prestigious member based association committed to promoting excellence in governance and risk management practices. As the Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students guiding them through the enrolment process and providing valuable insights into our diverse educational programs.

This role is based in the Melbourne CBD & offers 2 days remote working.

**ROLE**

You are following up on enquiries generated from various platforms and providing advice and detailed overview on products/services offerred. Predominantly outbound calls - All warm leads

You will:

- Provide learning advice which results in a product sale to prospective students postgraduate courses, Certificates, Effective Director Course, and in-house training activities.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients to guide them through their course selection until enrolment is completed.
- Manage a pipeline of enquiries and meet enrolment/registration targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain student/customer information via CRM.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and objectives for our signature events.
- Secure new business via inbound enquiries and proactive sales.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in a similar Education sales/consultant/advisor role
- Sales experience (phone based ideal)
- Experience working to targets and adherence to SLAs
- Experience using CRM systems and the understanding of the importance of data integrity.
