**The Service**

**KU Ultimo Children’s Centre, **located **within walking distance **from all public transport is a long day care service where children learn through play, and are inspired to continue learning through specialised experiences based on their interests and motivations.

Rated 'Exceeding' the National Quality Standard, KU Ultimo has a special interest in the RIE Approach.

**The Role**

KU Ultimo are looking for an experienced and motivated educator with a **completed **Certificate III qualification to join their team.

**On offer is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day on a rotating roster while accruing one monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO).**

**To be considered for this role, it is essential you have**:

- Work rights to enable you to work in Australia
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
- A recognised Certificate III in Children's Services qualification or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- Child Protection training and knowledge of current legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
