KU Bradfield Park Children's Centre is a 53 place service in the heart of West Lindfield and cares for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. KU Bradfield Park have an emphasis on an inclusive environment, where children feel like they belong and are encouraged to play, discover and learn. The service has specially designed indoor and outdoor spaces and encourages children to explore and learn within a nurturing environment and is well known within the local community for their focused, play based education approach and you will be joining a truly dedicated team with all of the KU learning resources at your disposal.

We're seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team full-time in the 2–3's Room. Enjoy a paid monthly rostered day off while working in a service with a spacious outdoor area, a strong commitment to sustainability, and hands-on gardening experiences. The ideal candidate is a great team player and confident in programming to create engaging learning opportunities.

Applicants should have:

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Diploma level qualification
  • Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices 
  • Current First Aid + CPR Certificates
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
