As **People & Culture Coordinator** you will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications for the P&C Business Partner. You will be accountable for providing administrative and systems support in the delivery of core People and Culture functions.
**This is a unique opportunity for you to use your Admin, Event management and Customer service skills.**
**Based in Melbourne - Hybrid**
**In this role you will -**
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including IT onboarding and offboarding notifications, new employee forms and setup.
- Maintain employee personnel files, documentation, and organisation chart.
- Update People and Culture related content on the Intranet and corporate website.
- Prepare employee letters, contracts, and documents e.g., statement of service, visa letters.
- Assist with format of documents and policies.
- Maintain employee data and ensure all information is accurate in the Zoho People system.
- Actively identify opportunities for process efficiencies and service improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team and projects.
- Schedule meetings and employee training as required for the People and Culture team.
**Essential Skills and experience**
- Qualification in office management and administration and/or previous experience in a similar role supporting executive/s.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource management, Business Management or equivalent
- Demonstrated high levels of skill in written business communication, report writing and presentation skills including attention to details.
- High levels of initiative, and ability to manage and carry out projects autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, organise workload and multi-task when necessary.
- Advanced level with MS Office.
- Experience with ZOHO People System
- Experience in a professional workplace environment.
