**Experienced Dental Receptionist - Join Our Friendly Dental Team**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Dental Receptionist** to become the welcoming face of our modern private dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient appointments, records, and enquiries
- Confirm appointments and follow up with recalls
- Process payments and reconcile daily banking
- Liaise with dental laboratories and manage all referrals
- General administrative duties and maintaining accurate records
- Support the team with day-to-day operations

**About You**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a dental receptionist in a private dental clinic
- Experience with dental software - **D4W** preferred
- Prior experience as a dental assistant and/or steri nurse is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of treatment plans, dental procedures, and associated fees
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good time management and multitasking ability
- Computer literate and confident in handling administrative tasks
- Flexible with availability - able to work multiple set days and provide shift cover when needed
- Good knowledge of infection control protocols
