Are you looking for a unique and flexible role? We are looking for a team member for a casual role to start with a view to going part-time permanent.

We are a relocation agency. We take the stress, overwhelm and hassle out of local, interstate and international relocations and we are looking for a team member who can help us look after our very varied clients.

Someone who wants a long term role with a growing company. Someone who loves thinking on their feet, enjoys helping people and likes a weekly routine that is just always a little bit different from the week before.

The role itself is very flexibile in that you can work from home for some of it, and you will be out and about the rest of the time, vewing houses, meeting with real estate agents or clients, packing and unpacking household goods, coordinating movers and cleaners.

There will be Saturday work required on occasion but we see this role as mainly Monday - Friday 9am to 2.30pm with flexible hours morning and night if required.

Some jobs can start early, or run late though, its very changeable depending on the client and their location.

**Responsibilities**
- viewing properties and providing feedback to the client, the team and the real estate agents where necessary.

- meeting prospective clients and chatting with them about their needs

**Skills & Proficiencies & Requirements**
- A current Valid Australian Driver’s License & own car
- Experience working on multiple projects at once

Dealing with change is very important, things cancel, clients change their mind, your day may change from what you had planned so often things can be last minute and you have to be able to go with the flow.

Ability to manage time effectively. You are mainly working remotely, and sometimes with international clients so being able to portion your day is key.

Good communication skills You will be talking with clients around the world, working with elderly clients locally, and a remote team of colleagues. Comms is crucial.

This job can be a little sporadic in nature. It is different fun, and suited to someone who doesn't need a clear outline of what their day will look like each day/week.

We like people who are good with people. You will be speaking to clients, vendors and third parties so being able to chat with others will be a large part of the role.

You need to be able to make decisions and take charge of a situation.
