Due to exceptional growth within our business this year, we are currently seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in Trades & Construction to join our recruitment team, this role will have one direct report.
- Perth Location - Work From Home
- Either part-time 3 - 4 days per week (flexible on hours) or full-time
- Immediate start

Reporting to the Group HR Director, the core focus of this role is;
- Screen, Interview and undertake pre-employment verification
- Utilising various platforms (FastTrack, LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, Social Media Platforms) to identify key skills
- Liaison with key stakeholders to understand vacancy requirements
- Write detailed job briefs/advertisements based on the information provided about a position by the client

**Skills and Experience**
- Must have previous recruitment experience
- Ability to juggle various recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, highly administrative desk

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
