Polyaire Air Conditioning (also known as AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning) is excited to announce a brand-new position in our team

We are on the lookout for an innovative and dedicated **Social Media Coordinator** to help us build and maintain a strong online presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is an amazing opportunity to shape our social media strategy from the ground up and make a real impact on our brand.

**The Role**:

- Establish and implement a cohesive social media strategy that supports our business objectives
- Design and curate captivating content for our social media channels, including written copy, visuals, and videos
- Manage and enhance our social media presence across all platforms, starting from scratch
- Develop and oversee social media campaigns to boost engagement and elevate brand awareness
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with customer inquiries and comments
- Keep current with the latest social media trends and provide insights on how they can benefit our business
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our social media strategy aligns with our overall brand and business objectives
- Analyze social media metrics and use data to inform decision-making

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to create compelling copy that aligns with our brand's voice and tone
- Experience in graphic design and basic video editing
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to use data to drive decision-making
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
