The representative will act as a crucial link between the company and clients, understanding their needs and proposing personalized logistic solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential leads, understanding their logistic needs, and presenting suitable solutions.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and exploring opportunities for service expansion.
- Conduct effective negotiations, draft competitive business proposals, and secure advantageous contractual agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure efficient and effective delivery of promised services.
- Monitor logistics market trends, evaluate competition, and identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide detailed updates on goal progress.
**Requirements**:
- Logistics Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales within the logistics sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistic processes, supply chain, and related services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Negotiation: Proven experience in contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Results Orientation: Demonstrated consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Interpersonal Relationship: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field is desirable.
- Work Authorization is mandatory.
- Driver's License - mandatory.
**Compensation**:
- $70,000 - $75,000 + Super (Experience-dependent) + Bonus
- 5-day workweek
