**About the role**

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

Respond in a friendly, professional and customer focused manner, ensuring first call resolution.
Quoting, providing customers with product information and upselling products.
Communicate with accounting department regarding customer accounts.

**Salary**: $44,759.33 - $124,962.97 per year

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

- Retention bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Proven sales in the food industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
