We are looking for an up and coming people leader to coach, inspire and lead the team at Ninja Parc - Fyshwick Indoor Activity Centre

**About Ninja Parc**

Established in 2016, Ninja Parc combines the best of fitness and fun in a way that is accessible for everyone - from mini ninjas to parkour perfectionists - all with safety in mind. Our ninja playground offers a great way for the family to have fun and get fit together, across 5 locations around Australia.

**The Role**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Achieve Ninja Parc Fyshwick financial targets
- Uphold safe work practices
- Uphold high standards in all areas
- Develop all Ninja Parc Fyshwick team members
- Develop and implement local area marketing plans

**What we are looking for (Essential)**:

- Experience in leading a team of people
- Experience in staff rostering and recruitment
- Proven track record of achieving financial and/or operational targets
- Proven track record of upholding high standards
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Proactive attitude in all areas
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current drivers license
- National Police Check

**Desirable**:

- Experience in play centre operations
- Experience in sports centre operations
- Experience in cafe operations
- Experience working with younger staff members
- Management certification/qualification
- Experience in ninja or obstacle sports
- Experience in financial management
