**_The following criteria is a MUST: _**
- _Female only_
- _Min Certificate 3 level qualification in disability or relevant field_
- _Fully trained, experienced and competent and in infection control and, bowel and bladder care, including catheter management and suppository administration_
- _Well experienced in manual handling and hoist transfers_
- _Live locally, familiar with local area_
- _Must have full drivers’ license_
- _Must have own vehicle_
- _Police check_
- _NDIS Workers Screening Clearance _
- _WWCC E_
- _Nationally Credited Australian First Aid & CPR_
- _COVID 19 Digital Immunisation History proof of triple vaccinated_
- _Comfortable AND confident in busy environment **with children and animals**_

- **Tasks include but not limited to**:_
- **FULL assistance with all aspects of self-care **including bowel (administration of suppositories) and bladder care regime
- Household activities / Domestic assistance including assistance with meal preparation, basic housework, laundry, and assisting with basic pet care
- Accessing the community for appointments and leisure, running errands and attending social events
- Basic exercise program maintenance
- Transport including driving commuter van and assistance in maxi taxis

Participant requires full assistance from Support Workers because she is not able to complete self-care tasks independently as a result of her spinal cord injury.

Must be tripled vaccinated.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
