Darling Group is looking for high energy bartenders and servers to join our team at BAMBU in becoming a part of a special culture that is committed to executing exceptional experiences.

About BAMBU:
BAMBU is an Asian eating house without regional boundaries. Featuring exquisite hawker-style Asian plates, an innovative cocktail list and clusters of communal dining areas, Bambu is an Asian Eating House designed to take guests on a modern journey through South East Asia. Open Monday to Tuesday for dinner, Wednesday to Sunday lunch and dinner.

Experience & Skills:

- Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment
- Minimum 1 year experience demonstrated working with cocktails
- Bar applicants to have good cocktail, beer & spirit knowledge
- Passion for hospitality with a friendly 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have RSA certificate

We are offering Full Time and Part Time roles as per the Restaurant Industry Award Rate.

**Salary**: $21.72 - $32.58 per hour
