**About Us**:
Our venues are known for delivering exceptional music experiences, creative event programming, and vibrant atmospheres. We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence of two Sydney nightclubs and various brands, each with its unique brand and identity. This role will allow you to shape the voice and visual presence of our venues across multiple platforms, engage with a diverse and dynamic audience, and help grow our online community.

**Role Overview**:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy for both our nightclubs and our internal brands. You will manage multiple social media channels and brands, curating content, engaging with followers, and leveraging trends to increase brand awareness and drive attendance. This is a fast-paced, creative role that requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the nightlife industry, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Content Creation**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for both nightclubs, ensuring content aligns with each venue’s brand, tone, and target audience. Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to the platforms and brand identity of each venue.
- **Platform Management**: Manage and optimise the social media presence of both venues across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), with a focus on driving engagement, growing followers, and increasing event attendance.
- **Event Promotion & Branding**: Promote upcoming events, DJ performances, and special nights, ensuring that each event’s unique vibe is reflected across social media channels. Work closely with the events team to align messaging and maximise exposure.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with followers, fans, and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, while fostering a positive and interactive online community.
- **Brand Growth**: Increase brand visibility and engagement for both venues by staying on top of digital trends, social media best practices, and the latest in nightlife and music culture. Innovate new ways to engage audiences and create viral content.
- **Collaborations & Partnerships**: Identify and engage with influencers, DJs, local businesses, and relevant brands to create cross-promotions and partnerships that elevate our venues’ presence both online and offline.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to track engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports to management and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Creative Campaigns**: Develop and implement creative digital campaigns to support seasonal promotions, special events, new brand initiatives, and collaborations.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle any negative feedback or online issues with a calm, professional demeanor, ensuring that the venue’s reputation is protected at all times.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay ahead of trends in the nightlife, music, and social media worlds to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and engaging. Leverage trending topics, challenges, and hashtags to boost visibility.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience managing social media for brands, ideally in the nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality industries. Experience managing multiple accounts or brands is a plus.
- **Passion for Music & Nightlife**: A genuine passion for the nightlife and music scene, with an understanding of the cultural and demographic nuances of a diverse audience.
- **Creative Vision**: A strong eye for design, content creation, and storytelling. Ability to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with a variety of audiences.
- **Platform Expertise**: Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), trends, and best practices, with experience using tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style based on the platform and target audience.
- **Adaptability & Flexibility**: Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously across different brands and platforms.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including events, marketing, and design, to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and brand presence.
