**How will I Help?**

This is a hybrid position that will have you providing both phone support to our customers in a contact centre environment and also supporting operational functionality. The roles will be based at our Kogarah site and will benefit from flexible working arrangements after training. These roles will be offered as max term contracts with the possibility of extension and/or permanency after the 12 months have been completed.

**What do I need?**
You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment handling customer queries and requests (preferably phone based), along with a proven history in delivering high standards of customer service in line with agreed service levels. Adapting to our changing workplace will come easily to you.

You will have the maturity to deal with the challenges that come with servicing transactional requests within agreed timeframes and will have the ability to manage multiple priorities in an organised manner. You will have a positive proactive attitude and champion the Westpac vison and values. In addition, the below requirements will also be highly regarded:

- Professional and clear verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven record providing excellent customer service
