**Your role with us**:
This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned treasury professional to take on a senior-level position in a dynamic, hands-on capacity. You will be instrumental in establishing and shaping our treasury function, with a strong focus on governance, policy, and process implementation. As an Australian company with a global reach, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, working closely with the Investment Director, CFO, and other stakeholders in the finance team. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring our financial stability.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain the relationship with corporate bank and trading facility
- Working with the investment and accounting team to monitor funds flow across all "accounts pool".
- Monitor daily cash and crypto balances and assist the accounting team in discrepancies located.
- Provide timely reports on cash positions and financial performance of treasury function.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to effectively manage cash requirements.
- Manage global intercompany transactions and borrowing processes, reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate the approval of payments in line with controls set out in the approval matrix.
- Own and improve the governance of treasury accounting systems and processes.
- Capital structure optimization and funding parties' relationship management

***What you will bring**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury and cash management.
- Bachelors in finance/Accounting/Commerce.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with complexity (e.g. unusual group structures with complex intragroup transactions) and problem solving; and
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including comfortable in working with finance leads with business lines and committees.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
